Sophiera Studios currently offers digital products and architectural house plan sets delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped with your purchase unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page.

Digital Delivery

After completing your purchase, your digital files will be made available electronically using the delivery method identified during checkout. Please provide an accurate email address and contact information when placing your order.

Because our products are delivered digitally, shipping charges do not apply to digital purchases.

Architectural House Plans

Sophiera Studios house plan purchases include the digital files and documents specifically identified in the individual product description. Printed plan sets are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

Digital plan files may be provided to the engineers, contractors, consultants, and permitting authorities involved with your authorized project in accordance with the license associated with your purchase.

Problems Accessing Your Files

If you have completed your purchase but are unable to access your files, receive an incomplete or corrupted file, or experience another delivery issue, please contact Sophiera Studios. We will be happy to help resolve the issue and provide access to the files included with your purchase.

Future Physical Products

If Sophiera Studios offers physical products in the future, applicable shipping methods, costs, and delivery information will be provided with those products and this policy will be updated accordingly.
