    I love the outline of the Delphina, how it seamlessly blends into the hillside. You feel instantly at peace and one with nature. The design stands the test of time. It is modern but has the elegance of an Italian villa. I love the high ceilings in the Great room and the natural light the windows let in. The kitchen is one of my favorite rooms because it is perfectly set up for entertaining and makes guests feel pampered and at ease. There is plenty of distance between the main suite and guest suites so evenings are quiet and serene. Natasha has thought of every detail to make this home welcoming and practical without compromising any luxury.

    As an active couple entering retirement, we were searching for a home with graceful flow, refined design, and all the essentials on one level. The Amaryllis plan exceeded our hopes.

    The layout is beautifully intuitive,spacious where it matters, with no wasted steps. We love the luxury suite’s spa bath and sunset patio, and the separate parent’s suite gives guests their own space while preserving our privacy.

    Entertaining is effortless thanks to the chef’s kitchen, 16-seat dining hall, and dramatic great room with 16-foot ceilings and mountain views. Natural light floods in, and the connection to outdoor living is seamless.

    The gym, office, and even a dog-wash station make daily life easier, and the four-car garage with a workshop checks every box for hobbies and storage.

    We’ve finally found a home that feels as timeless as it is practical, perfect for aging in place without ever compromising on design.
